The Following are simple guidelines to start the semester, as we move through the year we will adapt both the syllabus and the calendar to fit accordingly.
1/5 pts for Dressed Out (Closed toes shoes, Athletic Shirts and Shorts)
3/5 pts for Participation (Effort is more important than Skill Level)
Freshman PE Schedule (Most Weeks)
Monday: Skill Day for Whatever Activity we are Doing Tuesday: Skill Day for Whatever Activity we are Doing Wednesday: "Physical Fitness Day" Incorporates preparing for the CA-PFT (Endurance...i.e. Mile or Pacer) Thursday:Skill Day for Whatever Activity we are Doing Friday: "Free Choice Day" Students have the options to play Dodgeball, Basketball, or Indoor Soccer.
